1. Data collection

The personal data provided by the customer to the Company, and any documentation that arises as a result of the customer opening or maintaining an account with the Company, will be used by the Company for the following purposes: (a) activities related to the processing of the customer's application to open and maintain the account, including, but not limited to, performing credit checks through credit agencies in Bulgaria and abroad or processing the customer's application for credit or margin facilities from the Company, and for

2.1 It is mandatory for the Customer to provide the personal data required by the Company. If the Customer fails to provide the required personal data, the Company may refuse to open or maintain the Account or refuse to provide services to the Customer.
2.2 When providing personal data to the Company, ensure that the data is accurate, bearing in mind the customer's obligations under the law.

3. Disclosure of information

3.1 The Company may, when it deems it necessary, disclose to its agents or nominees, affiliates, persons or companies engaged in the clearing of securities, futures and options, and to the Company's auditors, information necessary to operate the Client's account or execute the Client's orders relating to the activities described in paragraph 1(b) above. 3.2 In accordance with all laws and regulations enacted and in force in this country relating to the business and transactions in securities, and in accordance with the codes of the Financial Supervisory Commission, the rules and regulations of the Exchange and the Clearing House, the personal data provided by the Customer may be disclosed to the Exchange and the Clearing House and to any financial regulator, governmental authority, other regulatory authority, natural or legal person entitled to such access under the law. 3.3 The Company is authorized to use the information provided in connection with the Account for marketing purposes, including the exchange of non-financial information with selected business partners. In the event of a default under the Account, the Company is authorized to disclose Account information to third parties for collection purposes. The Company is authorized to disclose account information to a prospective purchaser for due diligence purposes in connection with a merger or acquisition.

4. Access to personal data

  1. In accordance with the law, the customer may request access to the personal data provided by him and may ask the Company to correct any inaccurate information. The Company has the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing any data access request.
